The Situation:

The client’s dream job offer was retracted because the hiring company Googled the candidate and saw someone who had a criminal background. Even though this was a case of mistaken identity, the company did not want to take a chance.

The Solution:

The client’s executive recruiter suggested she reach out to rsquare media. We looked into the situation and assured the client that the link could be deleted from the Google search of her name. 

Results:

To our surprise we were able to delete the link in 2 weeks, The executive recruiter immediately informed the company and was able to change their mind. The candidate was hired! This Solution used Bazooka – where the offensive link is deleted from Google.
