FAQs
Typical Timelines
1.Scriptwriting – 2 business days from your interview with our scriptwriter. If revisions are required, those revisions will be delivered 1 business day from when you provide them to our scriptwriter.
2.Voice over production – 1-2 business days from the script being approved by you.
3.Animation – 7-15 business days from the time you approve the Script for a whiteboard video. Faster Turnaround is possible if processed as a Rush Job (Additional Fees apply).
4.Revisions on any of the above – 2-3 business days.
*** With all of the above, these times are based on a standard video of 45-75 seconds in length and a “normal” level of complexity. If your video is longer and contains very complex animation (like software demonstrations), then times will be longer and you should ask in advance if you have hard deadlines.***
So what causes a variation in timing?
There are two things that cause timelines to change:
1) How long you take to provide feedback on various aspects of production (script, voice-over, storyboard and the finished product).
Some clients we deal with are a one-man-startup and feedback comes back straight away. Other clients have a marketing guy, a CEO, and the legal department who all have to sign off. These clients can take weeks to get approval on each of the stages, not taking into account the time we need to actually do the work. So the speed of turnaround times is one of the things that cause large differences in delivery time.
2) How many revisions you request at each stage of production.
Obviously the fewer times we have to revise something, the less time it will take to get your video. Some clients want the script revised twice, the storyboard revised twice and the animation tweaked over and over. Other clients require few or no changes.
How many round of revisions do I get?
As many as you want!
1. Scriptwriting: 2 rounds of revision are included in the quote
2. Video Editing: 2 rounds of revision are included in the quote
Any further rounds of revision are available for additional fees.

No. All Videos are made based on the unique specs of the client brief.

Videos may vary in length depending on the platform they are designed for:
1. YouTube: 2 minutes or longer
2. IG TV: 2 minutes or longer
3. Facebook Ads: 5-10 seconds
4. Facebook Posts: up to 59 seconds
5. Instagram (IG) Posts: up to 59 seconds
6. Stories: 5-15 seconds
7. TikTok: 5-59 seconds
Client Responsibilities
1. The client is responsible for providing details about their product, service, or organization.
2. The client is also responsible for the accuracy of the details provided.
3. We are not responsible for any errors in details which the client may knowingly or unknowingly provide us.
4. If the client made an error and we need to reshoot, then additional charges will apply.
5. It is the client’s responsibility to also provide us with any legal language that may need to be included – per compliance laws in their industry.

- Keyword Strategy – The defines the type of content that needs to be created.
- Engagement Strategy which drives how the content needs to presented so that audiences engage with the content with likes, comments, shares.

TERMS (T&C)
- We guarantee Bazooka results (removing bad content from Google or the internet) will last for atleast 3 months.
- If the same link reappears within that window for the same keyword, we will deliver success again at no additional cost to you.
- if we are unable to deliver results per our proposal & timeline mentioned therein, the client has the option of requesting a refund.
- We offer 55% refunds which are processed the same business day they are requested in writing, provided we receive the request before 12pm EST. If the refund request comes later, its processed the next business day.
- If any link cannot be removed from Google, we can deploy our RELOCATION service. Relocation uses a suppression strategy such that our friendly content replaces the bad content and the bad content moves from Google page 1 to Google page 2 and beyond of the search results.
- RELOCATION is a monthly retainer and usually takes at least 6 months before any outcomes are realized. Speed of outcomes may vary depending on complexity and the nuances of the Google algorithm at that moment in time.
- The client’s refund amount is used to fund the Relocation effort, so we can expedite the transition to deliver the fastest result.
- We offer no guarantees on how long the effect will last once the campaign is paused.
General Terms & Conditions
- Work begins after payment is received & funds confirmed.
- Speed of delivery relies on Client’s speed of communication & approval.
- Client is responsible for sharing relevant logins, and brand related content in Windows friendly electronic format like jpg, pdf, word doc, mp4 etc.
- No refunds unless explicitly mentioned in proposal.
- Days are business days not calendar days.
